Community Supported Agriculture

C.S.A., or "Community Supported Agriculture," allows community members to know exactly where their food comes from and build a relationship with the farmers who grew it. Members can purchase shares of produce prior to the growing season to help cover the costs of farm operations. In exchange, shareholders receive a weekly offering of fresh, seasonal vegetables, harvested by their farmers. Each box contains more produce than the shareholder purchased at face value, in return for their advanced investment.

We are excited to announce that we are offering 3 seasons of shares this year! We have also added an additional pick-up day during our summer season!

All Box CSA Memberships include an emailed weekly newsletter filled with farm updates, recipes, storage tips, and more.

Spring 2017

Our 4-week program begins in mid-May and runs through early June. There is one share size available for a total of $60 (valued at over $15 per week). This is the perfect option for those who love a variety of greens. We expect to be harvesting crops like lettuce, salad mixes, kale, broccoli rabe, spinach, Asian greens, and more.

Summer 2017

Our 20-week summer Box C.S.A. will span from early June through mid-October. We are offering full shares of produce for $500 (you receive more than $25 of produce per week) or half shares of produce for $300 (you receive more than $15 of produce per week). This main season share includes all of the classic summer vegetables, rotated on a frequent basis. Experiment with new favorites like kohlrabi, hakurei salad turnips, bok choy, and more.

Fall 2017

Our fall program runs from mid-October to mid-December. We expect to be harvesting root crops, winter squashes, greens, and brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and more). Weather permitting, we may still have tons of summer favorites available, too.

We are also offering a farm stand and market credit C.S.A. program, which is a debit system to purchase produce. Members make an upfront investment and receive a percentage to spend for free. (For example, the member pays $90 to us and receives $100 to spend at the farm.) Members can stop into the stand or visit us at the market any time it is open to make purchases on items of their choosing. Credit must be spent during the 2017 season. This is the perfect option for members who want more flexibility to shop when they want and to choose their variety and quantity of produce.
